Altitude Marketing has joined the growing Unusual Group, a founder-first collective designed to help independent agencies scale smarter while retaining control and culture.

Founded by Luke Tobin, who built and successfully exited the award-winning agency Digital Ethos, Unusual Group takes minority stakes in independent agencies, offering operational support, shared infrastructure, access to finance, and strategic guidance, all without compromising our founder independence.

For us, the decision to join was simple. Working with Luke and the Unusual Group team gives us access to expertise and insight we couldn’t easily get on our own. From operational advice to strategic guidance, the collective has already helped us implement changes that drive efficiency and open up new revenue streams.

Co-founder Tom Bates explains:
